By accessing or purchasing from www.thelifeclass.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

“We”, “us”, and “our” refers to The Life Class and Jacqueline Hurst.
“You” refers to the user, customer, or purchaser of any services or products.
“Services” refers to all courses, programmes, content, and materials provided by The Life Class.

2. USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase any Services.

By using this Site and purchasing any Services, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• You will use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE

The Life Class Certified Course is a structured digital training programme based on Jacqueline Hurst’s proprietary methodology, tools, techniques, and professional experience.

The course is not marketed or provided as a comprehensive academic programme covering all recognised coaching models or frameworks.

Any references to coaching principles or foundations are provided within the context of The Life Class methodology.

The Service is provided as an educational and training experience. It does not constitute formal academic education, regulated qualification, or accreditation by any external governing body unless expressly stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions of our Services are accurate. However, you acknowledge that the Services are delivered as described based on the information provided on the Site and in official communications, and that individual interpretation or expectation does not constitute misrepresentation.

By purchasing the course, you acknowledge and accept the nature, scope, and focus of the training provided.

4. DIGITAL CONTENT & WAIVER OF CANCELLATION RIGHTS

By purchasing any digital product or course from The Life Class, you expressly agree that access to digital content will be provided immediately upon purchase or at the agreed start date.

You acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access to the digital content has been provided.

For the avoidance of doubt, accessing any part of the course, including logging into the platform, viewing materials, downloading content, or participating in calls, constitutes confirmation that the Service has been provided.

Once access has been granted and/or content has been accessed, no right to cancel or request a refund will apply, except where required by law.

5. PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a course, you agree to:

• Pay the full stated price

• Honour any agreed payment plan

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining balance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the course if payments are missed.

6. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the nature of digital content and online training programmes, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access to the course or any digital content has been provided, except where required by law.

If you choose to withdraw or cease participation in the course for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund and will remain liable for any outstanding payments.

Access to the course may be revoked if payment obligations are not met.

7. COURSE ACCESS AND DURATION

Access to the course is provided for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Failure to complete the course within this period will result in access being revoked.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided within The Life Class, including videos, materials, frameworks, methodologies, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Life Class.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

• Provide access to third parties

• Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

• Share offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content

• Disrupt or interfere with other users

We reserve the right to remove access to any part of the Service, including community features, calls, or group environments, where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive, without refund.

10. NO GUARANTEES

The Life Class provides educational content and coaching support.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Results

• Income

• Career outcomes

Results will vary based on individual effort, application, and circumstances.

11. NO RELIANCE

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations, warranties, or statements other than those expressly set out on the Site or in official written communications from The Life Class.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Life Class shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

13. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting The Life Class to seek resolution.

Where a chargeback is initiated in relation to services that have been delivered, we reserve the right to provide evidence of:

• Access

• Usage

• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

Initiating a chargeback in such circumstances may constitute a breach of this agreement.

14. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for any third-party platforms used to deliver the course, including hosting providers or payment processors.

15. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
